TM 211 1978 April Philmont Worsted Company at Elm and Social Streets. One of the mills owned by the Guerin family. Built in 1919. Theophilus Guerin, a Belgian, was its first president. Specialized in spinning yarn by the Bradford or English system. By the 1970's the building was mainly used as warehouse space.
