BU 91 1970's Ingolls-Cass house at 927 Cass Avenue. Built around 1835, appears to be a Greek Revival cottage with additions. Belonged to Nathaniel Ingolls in the 1930's. In 1855 belonged to the Jervis Cass family, farmers and rake manufacturers.
