Willis Cook (b.1803 in Cumberland, d.) Machine shop owner. Ran the Woonsocket Furnace Company whose
foundry/forge was on Main Street (Commercial Building site). Produced mostly textile machinery. Was a leader in the
founding of the Universalist church in Woonsocket in 1834.
