CL 13 1891 Oscar J. Rathbun (b. 1832 in Woonsocket, d.) Industrialist and Political Leader. Banker and one time owner of Jenckesville Cotton Mills in the Mill Street/Social Street area. In 1872 became president of the Harris Woolen Company owned by his father-in-law, Edward Harris. Was a member of the State Legislature.
