(Rev.) Napoleon Leclerc (b.1861 in Quebec, d.1914 in New York City) Religious Leader. Came to Woonsocket in 1890, founder of St. Ann's Parish. In 1914 he initiated the building of the current church. He is buried at Precious Blood cemetery.
