BU 73 1899 Joseph Bouvier house at 14 Park Place. Built around 1889, Queen Anne style 2-1/2 story house. Mr. Bouvier was a partner with Alphonse Gaulin in the real estate business. One of the first French Canadians to enter politics. A member of the town council. Credited with naming this area "Villa Nova," the new city.
